My summer is finishing now and I am so thankful for all the people that made my last 3 months the most amazing ever!
After being in London, spending a week dancing in the streets of Zurich with Carpe Rhythmum (Daniel Borak and Gilles Guneat), a week spent in Spain with the Martin's Tap Dance Company, one in New Hampshire and another one in New York, Nancy Chippendale's Tap United festival started. The spotlight of my summer for the fourth year already!
Then I had the privilege to take part in Brighton Tap Festival as a member of the faculty among the organizers Jamie Spall, Kate Ivory (aswell as Karen Spall and Sarah Ivory) and the lovely Maud Arnold, Avalon Rathgeb, Jack Evans, Alexandr Ostanin and Kane Ricca surrounded by big-hearted souls and amazing musicians (Michelle Drees trio).
Right after, I taught at Blue Tap dance studio in Berlin where I was invited by Candice Martel who is now organizing workshops every month in Berlin. Le Labo Tap Jam was a great adventure where I met a lot of great people and dancers.
Oh and I also spent 6 wonderful weeks learning Stomp in the UK, hitting objects (including myself) and hearing silly jokes for a mysterious purpose. Was fun though!
I will be finally back home in Geneva on Monday (the 26th) after spending 84 days abroad and will be available for drinks, sessions, classes, lunches and a lot more!
